Interview by D-Nick “hem Boy”
Kenneth Moore born 1995 in the windy city, Chicago Illinois West side’s Oak Park district. Attended Henry O. Tanner Elementary School K-8th on the east side.
“That’s where I met my 10 plus ‘VL’ at. I Learned from growing up on Evans going to Tanner on how to defend myself [and] survive. All respect and love for my Mom. She’s the best. She did what a mother’s supposed to do. My father got murdered before I can remember so my memory of him are none. Just stories.”
“It’s four of us! 3 boys, 1 girl. One boy in Chicago is enough. But 3? Man she had it tough, after she heard about me in the streets doing what I was doing! Like I said, she’s a good mother. She did what a loving mother and caring mother was supposed to do. She sent me to California with my aunt and cousins. Class of 2013-14 of Valley High School.”
“I met a few solid people from Cali. We still link! And I have a beautiful son, lil’ Kenneth Jr. that I love more than anything.”
“Why I do music? One day I wanna be able to provide for my family, take them out of the ghetto”.
